Abstract
A method for the determination of mercury in snake powder by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been established.Analytical conditions, including main lamp current,Carrier gas flow rate,Shield gas flow rate and delay/integration time were optimized. The detection limit of present method is 0.7 pg/mL mercury under optimized conditions.Relative standard deviations are 4.1% and 0.9% for 0.3 ng/mL and 1 ng/mL mercury standard solution, respectively. The recoveries for sample determination are between 87% and 110%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
