Abstract

[Objectives] Studies of As_2O_3 on inducement of apoptosis in K_(562) cells.[Methods]Using typanblue-as-say,Hoechst 33342 and propidium iodine (PI)fluoroscerce test,and fluorescence sepectrophotometer. [Results]Apoptosis cells appeared after 12 h treatment with As_2O_3. The number of apoptosis cells increased with the prolong of treatment time.[Conclusions]Hoechst 33342 an effective way of checking apoptosis.
