Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with valsartan on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and study group, 50 cases per group.Patients in control group were given valsartan, and patients in study group were given valsartan combined alprostadil. After 3 months of the treatment, the serum creatinine, urinary protein quantitation, plasma total protein, and plasma albumin levels of two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the serum creatinine, urinary protein quantitation levels of two groups were significantly decreased, and the plasma total protein, plasma albumin levels of two groups were significantly increased, all the difference was statistical significant(P 0.05).The improvement degree of the study group was more significantly than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P 0.05).Conclusions For patients with diabetic nephropathy, valsartan combined with alprostadil can effectively improve their clinical indicators and clinical symptoms, which is worthy of promotion and application.
