Abstract
Extract the lycopene from sample by extractive method,take suadn 1# as the standard sample of lycopene sample,to test the percentage of lycopene from sample by UV light spectrophotometry method.With the comparative experiment to analyse the lycopene's extractive efficency of four organic extractors,petroleum ether,ethane,acetone and chloroform,get the best way to extract the lycopene as: to wash out the yellow pigment from the sample,to extract the lycopene from the sample by chloroform,the extraction rate as 4.459 mg/g,then to pick out the odds by ethanol to get more pure sample.
