An Analysis on China's Endowment Insurance System in Urban and Rural Under the Coordination View

Improve the rural pension insurance system is the important measure to reconstruct the current welfare system in our country.In urban and rural coordination,however,rural pension insurance system in our country has confronted many problems,which are the barriers between different insurance systems,inflexibility of pension payment,lack of national legislation,operating inefficiencies of pension insurance fund,irrational issue of collective benefits and so on.These problems give rise to the low and Inadequate protect function of rural pension insurance.Therefore,China's central and local governments should improve the legislative,regulatory and the effective operation of rural endowment insurance system to improve rural pension insurance system,furthemore,to realize the coordination between urban and rural endowment insurance system.
