Abstract
To develop an ICP-MS method for the determination of 15 elements V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ge,As,Se,Sr,Mo,Cd,Hg,Pb. in the edible Traditional Chinese Medicine, the samples were pretreated by microwave-digestion, then introduced to ICP-MS and AAS to determine the fifteen microelements and K,Ca,Mg,Fe. The linear correlation factor for the elements is high, R0.999(n=11). The recoveries of the elements ranged mostly from 90.30% to 104.05%. This method had low detection limits, broad linear range, high accuracy and precision.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
