Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC-ELSD method for determination of content and entrapment efficiency of nobiliside A freeze-dried liposome.Methods:HPLC-ELSD was adopted in the quantitative analysis with Agilent SB-C18 column and methanol-0.5% HAc by gradient elution of mobile phase with ELSD detector.Microcolumn centrifugation method was used to determine entrapment efficiency of nobiliside A freeze-dried liposome.Result:The linear range for nobiliside A was 0.120-1.92 μg(r=0.9993).The average recovery was 99.12%(n=9).Conclusion:The HPLC-ELSD method is simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of the content and the entrapment efficiency of nobiliside A freeze-dried liposome.
