Abstract
Objective: To establish a RP HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid. Methods: A Nova Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water(20:80). The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide was 0.569~1.707μg, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.67%, RSD=1.54% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid.
