Analysis of the Interaction of Industrial Cluster and Regional Innovation System

Abstract
The industrial cluster is the new regional development theory,the industrial cluster is the important symbol of enhancing the regional competitive ability.The perfect regional innovation system is the base of industrial cluster,and the industrial cluster is the feasible way to build the regional innovation system.This article thinks the main policies to advance the development of regional innovation system in depth by the industrial cluster are: closely unifying the construction of industrial cluster 'and the regional innovation system,transforming from industrial policy to industrial cluster and regional innovation policy,establishing the technical innovation platform based the industrial cluster and forming the technical innovation network that has the stronger innovation ability,diligently eliminating the system barrier to regional industry cluster and integrating the regional economic resources,cultivating the regional social,and cultural environment to promote industry cluster,advancing the regional indttstrial cluster integrates into the global industry value chain,and so on.
