Abstract
Objective To find out an optimal extraction process for the Jieduxuantou Decoction. Methods The optimal process was studied by the orthogonal design with the yield of the forsythin, chlorogenic acid and baicalin content and extract sicca from the Jieduxuantou Decoction as indexes. Three factors were chosen in this experment , including the water consumption , duration of extraction and times of extraction. Results The result showed that the optimal extraction process was that the water consumed 10 times the amount of the material, refluxing for 3 times, each time 1 h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
