Enlightenment From Rural Migrant Workers' Returning Trend to Migrant Train of Rural Labor——Evidence From the Surrey Data in Henan Province

This paper studies the character of the effect of financial crisis in 2008 on the rural migrant workers from Henan province using the survey data on rural migrant workers in henan province who have returned home ahead of time before the Spring Festival in 2009.The main result is that the level of the effect of financial crisis is increasing with age,the level of the effect of financial crisis on the male rural migrant workers is greater than the female ones,and most rural workers are employed in such industries as building construction,electrical and mechanical equipment,dressmaking and shoes making which have been more seriously affected by the financial crisis.By combine these characters with the migrant training on the rural labor in Henan province.Some problems are found such as the setting of training professionals is not reasonable,the corresponding training to the bulk of the migrant rural labor is lacking,the demand of rural labors working nearby their home is not been adequately considered and etc.Finally some practical and effective measures are putted forward.
