Abstract
According to the basic rules for organic agriculture in EU, it is the key measure to go in for production for development of organic agriculture. It guarantees the high safety and the high quality for organic agriculture products (food). It protects the environment and animals and plants. It also guarantees continuous development of the agricultural ecology. The present paper introduces the basic rules for plant production of organic agriculture in EU. It expounds systematically the special case and function .of the basic rules for plant production of organic agriculture.
