Effect of spleen aminopeptide on asthmatic children with recurrent respiratory infection

Abstract

Objective To study the efficacy of spleen aminopeptide on children with bronchial asthma complicated byrecurrent respiratory infection.Methods 296 asthmatic children with recurrent respiratory infection were randomly divided into observation group(149cases)and control group(147cases).The observation group accepted spleen aminopeptide and the control group accepted placebo at the same frequency.The severity of asthma and recurrent respiratory infection,T lymphocyte subgroup ratio were investigated.Results The number of asthma and respiratory tract infections in the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group(P0.05),The coughing,wheezing,and fever aspects of the degree of improvement in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P0.05).After 6months of treatment,the CD+3、CD+4and CD+8of the observation group were all increased than before treatment(P0.05).Their degree of change in T cell subsets in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group.Adverse reactions of the two groups were not statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion It will be feasible that spleen aminopeptidecan be used to treat children with bronchial asthma complicated by recurrent respiratory infection.
