Abstract
Reasonable structure can cut down project cost. According to the practice of the project, this paper focuses on the reason for adopting arch truss with drawbars. We adopt four support blocks arch truss creatively instead of two ordinary support blocks arch truss. In this way, the dosage of steel is less than 1/3 of general case. Moreover, the steel dosage of four support blocks arch truss with drawbars reduces by 6%, while the reinforcement ratio of the columns in the bent reduces by 25%. The economic benefit of the four support blocks arch truss with drawbars is remarkable and deserves to be used and generalized.
