Stormwater Drainage Management and Practice of Municipal Drainage System in Central Shanghai

The four problems of stormwater drainage pumping mode,lower design standard of stormwater drainage,stormwater overflow pollution and lower stormwater pipe maintenance level of municipal drainage system in central Shanghai were analyzed.According to the advanced experiences of stormwater drainage management on four aspects of law,technology,economy and management in other cities at home and abroad,the present stormwater drainage management in Shanghai was systemically investigated.The present stormwater drainage practices in Shanghai were summarized from aspects of drainage system improvement,stormwater overflow reduction,stormwater pipe maintenance and urban stormwater utilization.
