Objective:To explore an effective and safe treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods:Used cardiopulmonary bypass equipment, part of the device for patients with malignant pleural effusion pleural cavity hot and chemotherapy.Normal and tumor tissue used for pathologic examination comparison before and after surgery. Results:After operation the majority of tumor cell necrosis, but no significant damage to normal tissue. All patients complete or partial remission after operation. Conclusion:Continuous high temperature treatment of malignant pleural effusion chemotherapy is an effective and safe method.
