From Public Housing to Rent Vouchers: The study of the evolvement of housing policies for low-income households in the United States

This paper gives a brief history of federal housing policies for lower income households in the U.S. and studies the implementing effect of three typical housing policies. The suggestion of how to institute housing policies for lower income households in China is given by use for reference of the U.S. housing policies based on the situation in China.
