Abstract
The global financial crisis has exposed the flaws of BaselⅡ,the global banking supervision has been promoted through reflection on the financial crisis and Basel Ⅱ,Basel Committee introduced Basel Ⅲ on Banking Supervision in the end of 2010.This paper shows the regulatory reform direction of Basel Ⅲ from two aspects of microprudential and macroprudential supervision and analyzes the possible impact on China banking supervision.Finally,some suggestions about Basel Ⅲ's further improvement direction be proposed.
