Abstract
【Objective】To analyze the characteristics of the polysomnography(PSG) of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and observe the pressure adjustment and curative effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) on OSAHS.【Methods】There were 63 OSAHS patients diagnosed through PSG,as observation group and 21 primary snore patients as control group, and the sleep parameters of the two groups were analyzed and compared.CPAP assisted ventilation was used on 63 OSAHS patients, the CPAP adjusted in early night when they were sleeping. The PSG parameters before and after the treatment were compared.【Results】Compared with the control group,OSAHS patients had sleep disorders, manifested as less MREM III+IV,NREM I+II,less REM sleep, shortened sleep latency, more sleep apnea or hypopnea and decrease of nighttime average and minimum artey oxygen saturation(P0.05).Since treated with CPAP assisted ventilation, the pressure adjusted in early night.the clinical symptoms of the 63 OSAHS patients were improved obviously on AHI,nighttime average and minimum artery oxygen saturation(P0.05),the maximum apnea period also had obvious improvement.【Conclusion】OSAHS patients have sleep disorders,PSG/CPAP adjusted the pressure in early night can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and sleep structure,so it is effective to treat OSAHS.
