Abstract
Objective:To explore the machanisms of the recipe action against fibrosis and the effects of FUGAN VI on hepatic stellate cell (HSC). Methods:Drug sera was directly added into rat's activated hepatic stellate cells culture medium, and then the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells were assayed by incorporation of 3H-TdR. Results:Drug sera of FUGAN VI and drug sera of colchicine can both inhibit the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells, and the group of FUGAN VI was better than the group of colchicine. Conclusions:Drug sera of FUGAN VI can inhibit proliferation of HSC,thus reducing the synthesis of extracellular stroma such as the collagen and so on.
