Abstract

To investigate expression of β-catenin and SHH on the epithelial-mesenchymal reciprocal interaction during hair follicles morphogenesis in Tibetan goat.Ed 51 ~ 89 Tibetan goat embryos were used as material,using tissue microarray to investigate hair follicles morphogenesis differences of different body skin sites and EnVison immunohistochemistry for detecting expression on epithelial-mesenchymal reciprocal interaction during hair follicles morphogenesis.The differences of time,density and size obviously occurred in different parts of hair follicles morphogenesis in Tibetan goat,these differences relate to the skeleton types under the skin.There are two types of expression patterns of β-catenin and SHH during morphogenesis,they are mesenchymal pattern and epidermal pattern separately.There are at least two types of expression patterns during hair follicles morphogenesis,the mesenchymal-leading pattern for acral hair follicles morphogenesis may play an important role.
