Abstract
Objective By detecting changes of gastric cancer patients' serum gastric PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGR values toexplore the value and significance of gastric cancer diagnosticwith these few combined detections. Methods Randomly selectedfrom June to September 2013 70 cases of gastric cancer patients confirmed by endoscopy and pathologic in our hospital,73 cases of superficial gastritis,62 cases of atrophic gastritis,81 cases of gastric ulcer patients, health checks were 60 cases, male 28 example as a healthy comparison group; using latex-enhanced immunoassay nephelometry to test PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGR and make calculations by the formula PGR = PGⅠ /PGⅡ. Results Comparing the serum PGⅠ levels and PGR value of gastric cancer group with ones of other normal groups, such as atrophic gastritis, superficial gastritis group, gastric ulcer group; the serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ levels of gastric cancer patients were more statistically significant in the first two weeks after operation than the levels before operation(P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, the positive rate and specificility of testing gastric cancer patients' PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGR value with the combined testing method was significantly higher than that of several single detection, and PGR value is better than serum PGⅠ. Conclusion PGR values can be used as an important indicator of the diagnosis of gastric cancer, combined detection of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGR values have important value and significance of gastric cancer diagnostic.
