Abstract
Surface-to-surface missile weapon system is very huge and costly, and it has little opportunity to join actual combat. A launching control simulation system of surface-to-surface missile based on High Level Architecture was proposed in order to meet the requirements of study, evaluation and trainning. Based on the structural research of the system, each function modules' demand and ability were analyzed. Aiming at improving the component reusability and simulation system extensibility, the module function of each federate was designed and followed by federation development. A distributed simulation system was established successfully. The key techniques for developing this system, such as system framework, federate programming, FOM/SOM design, and the run mechanism of simulation and so on were studied. Simulation result shows that the simulation system meets user's needs perfectly, and each component can be customized according to individual needs, which provides a good simulation platform for studying and evaluating the launching control system.
