Abstract

AIM:To determine tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in Danshen Shuxin Cap-sule(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae miltiorrhizae) by HPLC.METHODS:The separation was carried out on Shim-pack ODS(Φ4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm).Methanol-water(70 ∶ 30) was used as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 266 nm.The measured values were analyzed by SPSS.RE-SULTS:The linear ranges were in the range of 0.041 75-0.417 5 μg for tanshinone Ⅰ,0.045 252-0.452 52 μg for cryptotanshinone and in the range of0.053 964-0.539 64 μg for tanshinone ⅡA,respectively.All the cor-relation coefficients were 0.999 9(n =5).The average recoveries(n =6) were 97.4%(RSD =1.1%) for tanshi-noneⅠ,97.4%(RSD =1.6%) for cryptotanshinone and 100.2%(RSD =1.2%) for tanshinone ⅡA,respective-ly.There was signifieant difference in the determined data of Danshen Shuxin Capsule.CONCLUSION:This method is accurate,reliable and reproducible for determination of tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in Danshen Shuxin Capsule,can be used for the quality control of Danshen Shuxin Capsule.
