Abstract

Due to the influence of the May Fourth Movement and situasian stimulus,Luo Longji participated in establishing the nationalism group:DaJianghui while studying in U.S.A.,and he drew up the declaration of DaJianghui,explained and propagated the national doctrine of DaJianghui:Chinese people should work for the freedom development of Chinese politics,the freedom choice of Chinese economy,freedom gradual progress of Chinese culture.He attempted to save China with the nationalism.His thought is not ripe and overall enough,but not reactionary definitely.Its foundation is patriotism.
