On the Role of the College-level Secretaries for Graduate Students Affair

With the expanding enrollment and diversification of training modes in graduate education,the management of graduate student affair becomes more and more challenging.To tackle this situation,most universities set up a post at the college level specially for graduate affairs.However,the positioning of such a post is far from clear.The present research takes the perspective of social role and analyzes the responsibilities that the secretary for graduate affair are obliged to shoulder.
