Abstract
The secretaries of graduate student play important roles in the system of management of graduate student in colleges and universities. Their working quality produces an effect on the level of management of graduate student directly. This article analyses the ubiquitous problems of the secretaries of graduate student, and explores the ways and means on strengthening the team construction of the secretaries of graduate student.
