Abstract

A survey conducted in patients with chest stuffiness and pains shows that chest stuffiness and pains has characteristics of co - exist with multiple symptoms,in which patients of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis occupy a larger proportion.The article considers the main pathogenesis as the elderly physically weakness,in which case chronic illness hurt Qi and Yin,causing stagnation of heart — blood.The therapy method is replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin and activating blood and removing stasis with Shengmaisan plus Taorenhonghuajian.
