Abstract

Teaching reforms in colleges and universities have close relationship with quality education,life long physical education and modern education .The main reform ideas are as following:Innovating the teaching contents and putting the quality education into practice ;Improving the teaching methods and increasing the scientific research in physical education;Enriching the contents of physical education and increasing the culture of physical education.
