Abstract

Physical Education is not only the main content in quality education,but also the prime means in boosting the education.In order to bring up the versatile minds for the development of society in the 21sth century,the physical teaching in colleges and universities should center on the quality education to study and reform it for all sides,such as teaching model,aim,methods and course offered.
