Abstract
Global shift in manufacturing industry is one of the most essential characteristics in today's world economy.The essence of global shift is fragmentization and geographic re-location of value chain by multinationals.And it provides a chance for enterprises in developing countries to integrate with the world economy.According to the theory of global value chain,such a conclusion can be made that the strategic choice for Chinese enterprises is to embed themselves in the global value chain and upgrade themselves by learning and innovation.
