Study on Coordination between General Land-use Planning and Land-use Planning of New Rural Construction

The relation between general land-use planning and land-use planning of new rural construction was compared and analyzed:the central purposes,theories and methods used,laws and regulations based on of the both planning were same or similar;the contradictions between the two planning were the differences of starting points,time and space scopes,land-use types and appraisal systems and other artificial factors.On this basis,the ways of coordination were put forward from two aspects:compilation and actualizing management.
