Abstract
Bacillus cereus is an important species of bacillus genus. It has close relationship in taxonomy with other Bacillus.Commonly,it is difficult to differentiate it from other Bacillus species. In this study,a PCR method for rapid and specific detection of Bacillus cereus based on the gyr B gene sequences is developed. The result shows that amplification gyr B gene by the PCR method allows faster detection of Bacillus cereus, its detection limit is 9 cfu/mL.This method can be used in healthy food control and Bacillus cereus identification.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
