Abstract

Through the discussion on the problems in the development of China's venture investment, this paper points out the countermeasures, and explains that it will surely promote the development of high technology industries and socialist economy for China to develop vigorously the venture investment and to open up the circumstances of investment and to improve the investment mechanism as well.
