Abstract
The venture capital investment is the direction of investment in the knowledge economy, and every country in the world attaches great importance to its development. Many foreign economists expect China's venture investment is good, but the situation in China is not optimistic, mainly because some factors, such as items of venture investment, market, mechanism, and personnel, restrain the development of China's venture investment.
