Abstract
Objective:To study the antitumor effect of Liangjin mushroom Polysaccharide(LJPS)and its immunity regulating effect on S180-bearing mice. Methods:Antitumor effects of LJPS were observed by establishing S180-bearing mice as animal model. The transformation of spleen lymphocyte, stimulation index,NK activity and LAK activity in S180-bearing mice were measured by MTT.Results:LJPS inhibit the growth of S180 effectively and increase the transformation of spleen lymphocyte, stimulation index,NK activity and LAK activity in S180-bearing mice. Conclusion:The mechanism of tumor-inhibition by LJPS maybe was due to enhance the immune function.
