Abstract
AlN-TiC composites with microwave attenuation were prepared via hot-pressing method.The effect of the content of TiC on the microwave attenuation characteristics was investigated by XRD、SEM and network analyzer.The results show that when the w(TiC) is below 10%,A1N-TiC composites represent the narrow frequency band attenuation performance and the attenuation is very low.When the w(TiC) is in the range of 25% to 50%,A1N-TiC composites represent many narrow frequency band attenuation performances.At the same time,with increasing of TiC content,the attenuation increases,the maximum attenuation is –18 dB,the center resonant frequency will shift to high frequency.The characteristics spectrum of microwave attenuation curves and mechanisms of microwave attenuation were discussed preliminarily.
