The content of Zn, Mn and Ni in five groups of Suxiaoweiningchongji was determined by FAAS The results showed that the content of Zn is the highest and the content of Ni is the lowest in Suxiaoweiningchongji The order is ZnMnNi The relationship between the therapeutic efficacy and the content of trace elements in Suxiaoweiningchongji was discussed
