Abstract

Legal personality is an indispensable element and prerequisite of a modern legal society. Market economy is an economy governed by law. The shortage of legal personality in our citizens results in the restricted development of the legal administration in our country, and it is also one of the basic elements which curb the promotion of the market economy. Only by keeping observing law and discipline as its primary principle can we standardize people's marketing practice and ensure the effective operation of market economy.
