Abstract
The improved socialist market economy needs a good legal environment.The article explores the legal ideas,core elements and diversity that we should adhere to in building legal environment,and suggests that in building legal environment we should adhere to the legal concept for the market economy,give priority to the establishment of the civil law and economic laworderwith cultivation and protection of market compitition at the core,and stick to the idea that the building of legal environment should be diversified
