Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods Data of 26 cases of anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in stage in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Results 6 months after operation, visual acuity of 18 cases were better than 0.3. Complications included 4 cases of postoperative high intraocular pressure, 12 cases of mild iris inflammation. Conclusions Anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in phase was safe and reliable; it is a choice in cases without posterior capsular support in cataract surgery.
