Abstract

The scientific Outlook on Development is the embodiment of the development of Marxist philosophy in the new era.To fully understand the essence as well as the connotation of the Scientific Outlook on Development,one must fist have a true realization of development and outlook on development.The ten points of the connotation,which interrelate and support each other,are regarded as constituting the organic scientific whole of the Scientific Outlook on Development.
