Abstract
Scientific outlook on development,which contains extremely profound meaning of value,has provided scientific answers to the questions of what the main body and motive forces of development of the Chinese society,are what the fundamental standard of measurement of development is,and what the route of realization and means of implementation are etc.To comprehensively grasp the scientific connotation and spirit of scientific outlook on development,the value connotation of it should be profoundly understood.
