Present Status and Existing Problem of Guizhou Agricultural Industrialization Management and the Corresponding Countermeasures and Suggestions

To provide a reference for Guizhou agricultural industrialization development,the authors summarized the current status of agricultural industrialization management from the following aspects: organization development of agricultural industrialization,leading enterprises' strength,adjustment of agricultural industrialization structure,scale of featured advantageous industries and their comprehensive competitive strength;Then the existing problems were analyzed,including the operation environment, benefit coupling mechanism system,leading enterprises' strength,technological content and innovation capability.Referring to the business performance of agricultural industrialization at home and aboard and aimming at the existing problems and the reality of Guizhou,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to speed up the development of Guizhou agricultural industrialization management.
