Abstract
The urgent need and feasibility of Yangtze River waterway construction are demonstrated from the current situations of Yangtze River Waterway and problems existed. The train of thought on Yangtze River Waterway Construction is expounded scientifically and systematically. From the angle of the overall situation of the industry, it puts forward the regulation principle and method, as well as some constructive suggestions on comprehensive regulation of mainstream waterway of the Yangtze River.
