Abstract

The paper explored the training mode of excellent TCM physicians,and analyzed the pressing need and troubles in development of TCM education.The training of excellent TCM physicians is the demand of medical mode development,health system reform,TCM industrialization,TCM cultural inheritance and university strengthening.The authors defined the concept of excellent TCM physicians,raised one center,two main parts,three levels and four transfixions in talent training mode,and designed training plan,curriculum setup,practice system and characteristic courses for improving belief,savvy,thinking and consultation ability in TCM practice.
