Imaging diagnosis of nonmetal foreign body in trachea and bronchus

Abstract
Objective To study the imaging manifestation of nonmetal foreign body in trachea and bronchus,and to increase the early diagnosis ratio.Methods A retrospective analysis was given to clinical and imaging characteristics of 60 cases with nonmetal foreign body in trachea and bronchus.Results Among 60 cases,32 cases of right bronchial foreign body,22 cases of left bronchial foreign body,6 cases of trachea foreign body.The common imaging manifestation were obstructive(51 cases),pendulum mediastinum(48 cases).Conclusion Medical history and imaging manifestation were the main approaches to diagnose nonmetal foreign body in trachea and bronchus.
