Policy-Environment Analysis of Higher Vocational Education Development of China since Reform & Opening

Higher education can not develop without favorable education policy environment. After the higher vocational education policy was raised,Having made the higher vocational education step onto a virtuous development track. Currently,the higher vocational education policy is tending towards stability and we have begun to pay attention to the connotation constructing of higher vocational education. But the present policies of higher vocational education still ignore the fairness education problem,especially without enough attention to financial policy,poverty-stricken student aiding and personnel selecting,etc. In this connection,governments should develop research directed to the macroscopic problem of higher vocational education,formulate the policy of overall development and adjusting,and grasp scientifically the development direction of higher vocational education to provide the favorable policy environment for the development of higher vocational education.
