On the Interaction between Democratic Scientific Decision and Citizen Participation

Democracy and science is the life line of public decisions. Democratic and scientific public decisions are favorable for promoting social harmony,strengthening the citizens'sense of community,maintaining the legitimacy of public policies,and building a good external environment. But actually,there are some problems in the field of public decisions:excessive concentration of decision power on the principals of the CPC committees,lack of institutionalized decision procedure,limited citizen participation in public decision,etc. Therefore,we need to complete the intra-Party democratic decision mechanism,enhance the Party's ruling ability,actively promote the citizen participation in public decisions,improve the decision level of public policies,and form the positive interaction among intra-Party democracy,scientific decision and citizen participation,thus optimizing the public decision mechanism of our country.
