Clinical Effect of Endovascular Embolizatlon of Intracranial Aneurysm with Guglielmi Detachable Coil

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of guglielmi detachable coils(GDC) endovascular treatment for intracranial aneurysms.Methods Under digital subtraction antiograph 52 patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated by endovascular embolizatlon of intracranial aneurysm with guglielmi detachable coil,observed the embolic effect and complications.Results In 52 patients with intracranial aneurysms,100% embolization in 7cases(13.5%),90%～99% embolization in 27 cases(51.9%),70%～89% embolization in 18 cases(34.6%).After treatment two patients with cerebral vascular spasm,two patients with frontal lobe hematoma,one patients with mild disturbance of consciousness,the complication rate was 9.6%.Conclusion Endovascular embolizatlon of intracranial aneurysm with guglielmi detachable coil has clinical curative effect,in the course of treatment,operation indications should be grasped strictly,and the operation should be did carefully,to ensure the operation safety,improve curative effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
